Terms of Service

These terms apply to storage services provided by Wave Logistics and Storage Ltd, registered in England & Wales (Companies House No. 14531811).

1. Service Scope

We provide secure storage units for the storage of personal belongings, business inventory, packaged goods and other non-hazardous items at our facilities, subject to availability and a signed storage agreement.

2. Fees & Payment

Fees are quoted per unit per week or month, as shown in your agreement. Fees are payable in advance. Indicative prices on this website are for guidance; your agreement sets the binding price.

3. Minimum Term & Notice

The minimum storage term is 2 weeks. Either party may end a monthly agreement with at least 14 days’ written notice. No exit fees apply.

4. Prohibited Items

Hazardous, flammable, perishable, illegal or living items must not be stored. We may refuse or remove items that breach this rule or endanger the facility or other customers.

5. Access & Responsibilities

Customers access their unit during published access hours and are responsible for the items they store and for locking their unit. You must not sublet the unit or store other people’s goods without our written consent.

6. Liability

We take reasonable care in operating secure facilities, including CCTV monitoring and controlled access. Our liability for loss of or damage to stored goods is limited to the extent permitted by law; customers are responsible for insuring their own goods where cover is required.
